BACPAC.ORG ONLINE REGISTRATION GUIDELINES:

TUITION:
Due each month by the 10th, or a $10.00 late fee is collected. Classes are not prorated due to the absence or dropping of a student. Number of classes per month will vary, but the monthly rate remains the same from August-June with no prorating.

CONCERT PARTICIPATION FEE: - Required for student to dance in the spring concert.

BALLET EXAM FEES: - These fees are charged for exams for all students in graded level Ballet. Fees range from $20.00-$70.00, and are non-refundable. 

FAMILY DISCOUNTS: Family Plan: additional family members receive 10% off their tuition.

FUNDRAISERS: All students are expected to participate.

INSUFFICIENT CHECKS: $25.00 fee added to payment in cash.

PAYMENT POLICIES:
Tuition is due by the first of each month. After the 10th a late fee of $25.00 will be incurred. Missed classes may be made up by attending another class of the same, a lower level or one level above their assigned level. Number of classes/month will vary, but the monthly rate remains the same from September-June with no prorating. Bounced checks must be repaid in cash with a $25.00 fee added. All other fees related to costumes, concert participation, assessments, etc., will incur an additional $25.00 charge if paid after the deadline date. Payments may be made into a credit fund throughout the year. Overages will be credited to June tuition. If a student quits during the year a full refund of the credit minus a 20% bookkeeping fee will be assessed.
